Booking & Appointments
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit
- No-shows will forfeit the full deposit
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness or emergency
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time or rescheduling, as we cannot extend into other clients' appointments.
Age Requirements
You must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID to receive a tattoo. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent.
Health & Safety
- You must be in good health on the day of your appointment
- No alcohol or drugs 24 hours before your session
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk
Tattoo Process
Custom Artwork
All designs are custom and created specifically for you. Design work begins after deposit is received. Revisions are included, but excessive changes may incur additional fees.
Pricing
Final pricing is determined by size, complexity, and placement. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the final design.
Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up is included within the first year, provided you have followed proper aftercare instructions. Touch-ups after one year or due to improper aftercare may incur a fee.
Aftercare Responsibility
You are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided. We are not responsible for infections, healing issues, or color loss resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines or from pre-existing medical conditions.
Copyright & Portfolio Use
We retain the right to photograph completed tattoos for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer your tattoo not be shared publicly, please inform us before your appointment.
Liability
Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, and scarring. By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks and release us from liability for any complications arising from the tattoo process, provided proper procedures were followed.
